Booking Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you and require advance scheduling. If a consultation or planning fee is required at the time of booking, payment must be received before your appointment is confirmed. All payments, including consultation fees, planning fees, deposits, and service payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a service has been booked, time has been reserved specifically for your travel planning and cannot be refunded. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. One complimentary reschedule may be accommodated based on availability. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new booking and, if applicable, an additional booking fee. Travel planning services begin once your consultation has taken place and any required agreements have been completed. Pricing covers planning expertise and professional services and does not include the cost of travel, accommodations, airfare, excursions, travel insurance, visas, or other supplier fees unless otherwise stated. By scheduling an appointment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy.
